Stafford Davis moderates panel of former federal judges in Federal Practice CLE sponsored by Smith County Bar Association.

On February 3, 2017, Stafford moderated a panel of speakers that included former federal judge for the Eastern District of Texas, T. John Ward, as well as former magistrate judge for the Eastern District of Texas, Chad Everingham. The panel discussed updates in federal jurisdiction and removal, including new cases regarding personal jurisdiction and diversity issues concerning LLCs. The CLE also discussed the new Defend Trade Secrets Act.
